Untangling Trauma from ADHD: Specialized Support for the Late-Diagnosed Woman. Do you feel constantly overwhelmed, struggling with executive function, emotional regulation, or chronic burnout? For many women, these struggles are dismissed as anxiety or depression for years. When you finally consider ADHD, it can be confusing—especially if you have a history of trauma. It can be hard to tell where the trauma response ends and the neurodivergence begins. Currently accepting clients in both English and Spanish.
As an LMFT, Nicole specializes in the intersection of women’s ADHD and trauma. Clarity between the two is the key to healing. Nicole doesn't use rigid, "one-size-fits-all" interventions. She translates complex psychological concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks related to your daily life. You'll collaborate to create a toolbox that works for your specific needs.
You don't have to figure this out alone. Nicole offers a safe, non-judgmental space to help you make sense of your diagnosis and your history. Whether you are processing the past or building strategies for the present, you will be in the driver’s seat. Let's move past the shame and confusion together. Call or email today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

f you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected, Rachel can help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment within yourself. Together, you’ll slow things down and gently explore your emotions, body sensations, and unmet needs, so you can reconnect with what’s truly going on beneath the surface.
Rachel specializes in immersive work, including extended sessions (1.5 hours) of hypnotherapy and EMDR. This allows for the time and space to move beyond surface-level insight and into meaningful transformation. These longer sessions will allow you to gently access and process the root causes of distress, whether stored in the subconscious mind or held in the nervous system, without feeling rushed. These sessions support the reprocessing of difficult experiences, reduce emotional intensity, and create lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and respond. This approach is especially beneficial for those working through trauma, long-standing patterns, or complex experiences, offering a more focused and efficient path toward relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of internal stability.
Rachel’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation happens through awareness, connection, and honest dialogue. Together, you’ll explore your present-moment experiences, relationship patterns, and the ways you relate to yourself and others, with curiosity rather than judgment. Her approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique way of moving through the world. All parts of you are welcome.
