Untangling Trauma from ADHD: Specialized Support for the Late-Diagnosed Woman. Do you feel constantly overwhelmed, struggling with executive function, emotional regulation, or chronic burnout? For many women, these struggles are dismissed as anxiety or depression for years. When you finally consider ADHD, it can be confusing—especially if you have a history of trauma. It can be hard to tell where the trauma response ends and the neurodivergence begins. Currently accepting clients in both English and Spanish.

As an LMFT, Nicole is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider who specializes in the intersection of women’s ADHD and trauma. Clarity between the two is the key to healing. Nicole doesn't use rigid, "one-size-fits-all" interventions. She translates complex psychological concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks related to your daily life. You'll collaborate to create a toolbox that works for your specific needs.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Nicole offers a safe, non-judgmental space to help you make sense of your diagnosis and your history. Whether you are processing the past or building strategies for the present, you will be in the driver’s seat. Let's move past the shame and confusion together. Call or email today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

True healing is never just about managing surface-level symptoms; it is an act of deep personal liberation. Rachel specializes in treating generalized anxiety, body dysmorphia, and complex trauma, with a specific focus on helping individuals untangle the complexities of their lived experiences. If you are feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected, Rachel is here to help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment within yourself. Her psychotherapeutic practice is centered in integrative awareness, grounding rigorous clinical care in deep mind-body and psychosocial connections.

To facilitate true, lasting transformation, Rachel specializes in immersive deep-process work, offering extended sessions (1.5 hours) of EMDR and hypnotherapy targeted towards trauma recovery and managing anxiety related symptoms. These longer sessions provide the time and space to move beyond surface-level insights without feeling rushed. Together, you can gently access and process the root causes of distress. By combining these experiential modalities, you can reduce emotional intensity, reprocess difficult experiences, and create lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and respond.
